These terms apply to your use of gpuvest.com, operated by Julian Miglino. By using the site you agree to them. Any investment will also be governed by that offering's own documents, which control if they conflict with these terms.

GPUVest is in pre-launch. The deals shown are illustrative examples, not current offerings. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. When offerings open, they will be made only to verified accredited investors (as defined in Rule 501(a) of Regulation D), only through definitive offering documents, and only where lawful. Joining the waitlist is a non-binding indication of interest.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from reliance on information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
