Privacy Policy

GPUVest (gpuvest.com) is operated by Julian Miglino (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Waitlist. Your email address, whether you told us you are an accredited investor (a self-declaration we don't verify), which page you joined from, and when. To stop abuse of the waitlist form we also briefly keep a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address (never the address itself).
• Accounts. Your name and email address, and, if you start an investment, your identity-check and accreditation status, the amount you commit, payment status, and the documents you sign.
• Cookies. Only the session cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

• To tell waitlist members when investing opens and about the platform.
• To run your account: verify your identity and accredited status where the law requires it, record commitments and payments, and provide your documents and statements.
• To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run the site for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Google Cloud (hosting) and DocuSign (e-signature), and, once live, identity-verification, accreditation-verification and payment providers.
• The issuer of any offering you invest in, and its advisers, as needed to complete and administer your investment.
• Regulators, courts or others where the law requires it.
• A successor. If GPUVest, or the business operating it, is sold, transferred or reorganized, including to a company such as Axe Compute Inc., your information may transfer to the new owner, who must handle it consistently with this policy.

Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to remove them or the waitlist is no longer needed. The IP-address hashes used to limit repeated sign-ups are deleted within 24 hours. Account and investment records are kept as long as your account is open and afterward for as long as the law requires us to keep records of securities transactions.

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to records we must keep by law), and you can leave the waitlist at any time. Email admin@gpuvest.com.

Data is encrypted in transit, access to it is restricted by role, and signed documents are stored privately. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

GPUVest is intended for adults in the United States. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We'll post any changes here and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we'll tell you by email.
