How it works
A GPU cluster deal is financing for a specific, physical deployment with a fixed term and a target return — not a pooled fund.
- 1
Browse deals
Each listing is a specific GPU cluster deployment: GPU type and count, location, term length, and a target return, presented as a term sheet rather than vague marketing copy.
- 2
Verify your accreditation
Every deal is offered under Reg D Rule 506(c) and is open to accredited investors only. You verify your accredited status once — through a real verification method, not a self-declaration — and it applies across all deals.
- 3
Complete identity verification (KYC)
Standard identity verification required before any commitment can be funded, to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
- 4
Fund your commitment
Commit capital via ACH or wire. Funds are only drawn once your commitment is confirmed.
- 5
Sign your subscription agreement
Review and e-sign the legal document that makes your investment official for that specific deal.
- 6
Track your position
Once a deal closes and the cluster is deployed, distributions (interest, return of capital, or profit share, depending on the deal) show up in your dashboard on the term's schedule.
