What am I actually investing in?

A specific, physical GPU cluster deployment with a fixed term and target return — not a pooled fund. Each deal page lists the exact cluster specs (GPU type, count, location) and term sheet (length, target return).

Who operates the clusters?

Deployments are built and operated in partnership with Axe Compute, a bare-metal GPU infrastructure provider.

What happens if a deal doesn't reach its funding target?

Deal pages show funding progress in both dollars and percent-to-target. Terms for under-funded deals are disclosed on that deal's page and its subscription documents.

Are target returns guaranteed?

No. Target returns are projections based on the deal's terms, not guarantees. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.

How is my identity verified?

Through a third-party identity verification provider as part of the invest flow, required before any commitment can be funded.
